Terms and Conditions

1. Service Timeliness: The security personnel provided by NBN Security will be punctual and adhere to the agreed schedule. Allowance for additional time for onboarding and orientation will be provided.

2. Liability for Losses: In the event of any loss, theft, pilferage, or damage to the client's property, the client is required to lodge a First Information Report (FIR) at the earliest possible opportunity. A joint investigation will be conducted by representatives of both the client and NBN Security. If it is determined that the loss or damage was due to negligence on the part of the security personnel, NBN Security will compensate the client by deducting a token fine from the responsible personnel's salary, up to a maximum of one month's salary.

3. Continuous Improvement: NBN Security is committed to continuous improvement and will provide additional training to security personnel as necessary to ensure the highest standards of service.

4. Confidentiality: All information and matters concerning the client's operations and property will be kept strictly confidential by NBN Security and its personnel.

5. Amendments: NBN Security reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to the client. The client’s continued use of services following any amendments will constitute acceptance of such changes.
